Free Worldwide Returns - 14 Days
We want to ensure you are always happy with your Clay dubai products. As such, we offer free returns up to 14 days after you receive your items. Please note that we can only accept returns for unworn and unused items, returned with the tags on in the bag they were shipped in.
You have the option to choose either store credit or refunds to the original payment method. We will issue the refund within 48 hours of receiving the goods, the refund may take up to 14 days to reach you, depending on your banks processing times. If your original payment method was cash on delivery, we can offer a store credit for the original amount.
Products purchased during sale events will be refunded through Boulevard 1504 store credit only. If you have any additional questions, please contact us at mahmoudhach001@gmail.com
Exchanges: If you would like to switch your item/s, the easiest way to do this is to return your products through the process above. If you have any additional questions, please contact us at mahmoudhach001@gmail.com
Damages and issues:
Each piece is thoroughly checked by our Quality Control team before packing and shipping.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Customs Policy:
If a shipment remains in customs for more than 14 days and is subsequently returned to us, the customer will be responsible for covering all associated return charges. In such cases, we will process only store credit after deducting the return shipping charges, duties and taxes.
We are not responsible for any customs/duties charges.
